What exactly do I get at the end of a sprint?
A fully operational digital business infrastructure. This typically includes a high-performance website, e-commerce setup (if needed), SEO foundation, automation workflows, analytics and tracking, and complete documentation. Everything is production-ready, not a prototype.
How long does a sprint take?
2-3 weeks from kickoff to delivery. The exact timeline depends on the scope. A simple content site with SEO takes about 2 weeks. A full e-commerce operation with automations takes closer to 3 weeks.
What do you need from me during the sprint?
Your time for a kickoff call (90 min), a mid-sprint review (60 min), and a final handoff session (90 min). Between those, I need timely responses to questions — usually a few per day via async. I do the building; you provide direction and feedback.
Do you build on WordPress or Astro?
Both. WordPress + WooCommerce for e-commerce and complex content sites. Astro for high-performance static sites and blogs. I recommend the right stack based on your needs — not my preference.
What happens after the sprint is over?
You own everything. I deliver full documentation, credentials, and a training session. If you want ongoing support, you can apply for the 1:1 Advisory. But the goal is to leave you self-sufficient.
How is pricing determined within the range?
The $5,000-$10,000 range depends on scope: number of pages, e-commerce complexity, number of automations, and integrations required. After your application, I provide a fixed quote — no surprises.
